It's official....Ben's a 3rd grader!

Yesterday was the last day of school for Ben. They had an awards ceremony at 1pm in his classroom. We all watched a video of the performance they did around Valentine's Day and then his teacher presented everyones awards.

Ben got A honor roll, a citizenship award for being neat and orderly (no laughing some of you), and 3 ribbons for field day. He came in 2nd in free throws for the entire 2nd grade! Pretty cool! Then after the awards were all handed out, there was cookies and juice for the kids. Even Will got one, so that was nice. It all ended about 2pm and most kids left with their parents, but Ben wanted to stay so that he could ride the bus home one last time for the school year.

Hard to believe he's going to be in the 3rd grade!!! Wow!
